Can't I just negotiate myself?

You could, but it's risky... as the person on the other side does this every week, and their job is to get the highest price for someone else. I assure you'll never overpay buying a property, when I negotiate on your behalf.

What does it cost?

We charge an initial upfront fee of $3,000 to begin your property search. Once your purchase becomes unconditional, we then charge a small success fee based on a percentage of the purchase price. This percentage varies depending on your search criteria and budget.

Do you offer a fixed price option?

Yes, we can negotiate a fixed-price fee if that makes you more comfortable. That way, you'll know exactly what you're paying upfront before we begin.

How long does a search take?

My average is 6 to 8 weeks. Without a buyer's agent, the typical Perth buyer searches 9 to 18 months.

Do you work with investors?

About 40% of my clients are investors, most of whom buy from interstate.
