Perth Metro
Australia's Fastest Moving Market.
I've spent 15 years as a Perth Buyers Agent buying property across Perth's real estate market. I know which streets have legs, which vendors will move on price, and which properties get sold before anyone lists them.
The seller has their own agent. You should have someone too!
The reality
Pre-approved. Showing up to every open home. Submitting offers. Losing anyway.
You drove to four inspections last Saturday. Two had problems the photos skipped over. One sold before you made it through the door. The fourth went $40K above what you thought was fair.
Meanwhile, the suburb you had your eye on six months ago has moved out of your budget. Stop missing out. Let's secure your next home.

Anna from Perth Buyers Agents was absolutely fantastic to work with. On top of her real estate expertise, Anna's just a lovely person. She's so easy to work with and made us feel comfortable from the word 'go'. We'd love to work with her again and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a property in Perth.

A quick introduction to how Anna works with buyers across Perth.
How it works
Free, no pitch. I want to know what you're actually looking for... the commute, the school zone, the street you'd say no to regardless. And I want to know what's gone wrong. Most searches aren't stuck because of budget. They're stuck because the strategy is off.
I talk to agents in Perth metro, the northern suburbs, the southern suburbs and Fremantle daily. I've become someone they call before a listing goes live. You'll see properties other buyers don't know exist yet... and I'll bring you two or three worth your time, not twenty.
Before any offer goes in: building and pest, flood overlays, comparable sales, so you know what the property is actually worth.
I've bought well below comparable sales many times. The gap between what a property sells for and what it could have sold for often comes down to who's doing the talking. I handle auctions and private treaty. You don't have to be in the room.
Where we buy

Who I help
Different briefs, same problem: the right home keeps slipping through your fingers. Here's how I help each.
I'll protect you from emotional offers and make sure you know what you're actually buying.
You have equity, a deadline, and no appetite for another drawn-out search.
You can't inspect from Sydney or Melbourne. I'll give you an honest read, not just confirm what you want to hear.
Your time is worth money. I'll handle the search and bring you in when it counts.
Perth changed while you were away. Some of the suburbs that were affordable when you left have moved up in price.
Anna Quintal · Licensed Buyer's AgentWhy me
I only work for buyers. No listings. No referral fees. No developer relationships. One objective.
Over a decade of the same streets, the same agents, the same pockets. That knowledge can't be shortcut.
My off-market rate is what it looks like when local agents actually call you before they list. It comes from years of closing deals cleanly.

Questions
Still wondering if a buyer's agent is right for you? Here's what I'm asked most.
You could, but it's risky... as the person on the other side does this every week, and their job is to get the highest price for someone else. I assure you'll never overpay buying a property, when I negotiate on your behalf.
We charge an initial upfront fee of $3,000 to begin your property search. Once your purchase becomes unconditional, we then charge a small success fee based on a percentage of the purchase price. This percentage varies depending on your search criteria and budget.
Yes, we can negotiate a fixed-price fee if that makes you more comfortable. That way, you'll know exactly what you're paying upfront before we begin.
My average is 6 to 8 weeks. Without a buyer's agent, the typical Perth buyer searches 9 to 18 months.
About 40% of my clients are investors, most of whom buy from interstate.
We keep looking. You'll never feel rushed by me.
